Ben Stokes has leapfrogged Jason Holder to the top of ICC's Test Rankings for All-Rounders. The 29-year-old is the first English player to top the all-rounder rankings since Andrew Flintoff occupied that slot in May 2006. Stokes's current tally of 497 rating points is the highest by any Test all-rounder since Jacques Kallis aggregated 517 in April 2008.
